Citizens for City Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Contestants must send entries as required in the Contest announcement in order to be eligible. Entries received after the deadline set forth in the Contest announcement are ineligible, null, and void. Foundation for Futuristic Cities (Hereinafter referred to as the "Contest Organizer") will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries.

2. The Contest Organizer is not responsible for entries that are sent but not received by the Contest Organizer for any reason.

3. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that, in its sole judgment, violates the Contest rules or the spirit of the Contest.

4. Decisions made by the Jury shall be final and no communication shall be entered into between the Contest Organizer and Contestants in relation to the decision.

5. Contestants agree not to make any claim or bring any action against the Contest Organizer and members of the Jury, for any reason whatsoever, or otherwise seek to recover from the Contest Organizer and members of the Jury, any costs incurred in relation to the Contest or any lost expectation of profits or any other benefits which the Contestants may expect to accrue from participating in the Contest.

6. All photos, drawings, text, and any other content or information (collectively and severally, "Strategy Document") submitted by the Contestants shall become the sole and exclusive property of the Contest Organizer. The Contest Organizer shall have no obligation to preserve, return, or otherwise make available to the Contestants or others any Strategy Document/s.

7. The Contest Organizer may use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish, and otherwise make use of the Strategy Documents in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created -throughout the world and for any purpose - without any compensation whatsoever to the Contestant/s of any kind except the announced Prize Money won, if any, by the Contestant/s

8. By submitting the Strategy Documents to the Contest Organizer, the Contestants represent and warrant that their Strategy Documents do not infringe any copyright, trademark, property rights, rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party and that the Contestants have the full and unrestricted right to transfer the Strategy Documents to the Contest Organizer free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.

9. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to post, display, or otherwise make publicly available any Strategy Documents submitted by the Contestants.

10. The Contestants acknowledge and agree that the Strategy Documents submitted by them may be made available by the Contest Organizer for viewing, rating, reviewing, and commenting by the public. The Contestants acknowledge that the comments or ratings that they disagree with or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with the Strategy Documents that they submitted to the Contest Organizer.

11. By submitting the Strategy Documents to the Contest Organizer, the Contestants waive any privacy expectations that they may have with respect to the Strategy Documents.

12. The Contestants agree to hold the Contest Organizer and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from and against - and hereby waive any right to pursue - any claims of any nature arising in connection with the Contest Organizer's use of the Strategy Documents submitted to the Contest Organizer and used in any manner in the Contest Organizer’s sole and absolute discretion.

13. The Contest Organizer reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time.

14. By entering the Contest, the Contestants conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Contest Rules and Terms and Conditions as well as by any rules specific to this Contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.
